Jessy Rodriguez-Melendez is the proud owner of Baseball Training Institute, Founder of the Baseball Homeschool Institute and Sports Business Institute.
Born in New York to a Puerto Rican mother and Cuban father. She grew up a resident of the boogie down Bronx. A Castle Hill girl at heart who currently resides in Westchester NY with her husband Tony. They have raised 3 beautiful children and have 7 grandchildren.
She’s the founder of The Baseball Homeschool Institute. A program she developed to help players and their families in pursuit of higher education through sports.
She’s currently helping sports coaches build and scale their dream business taught through her programs in the Sports Business Institute. A mastermind program in which helps other sports coaches build and scale their athletic businesses.
Jessy along with her husband started Baseball Training Institute formally known as TM Academy in 2007 with the expectation of making a difference in their community.
Jessy is admired by many of the kids/players as the "office mom" for her caring yet strict nature. Often referred to as the "Steinbrenner" of BTI!
Jessy oversees all the various day to day operations of the BTI Empire activities including the apparel and supplement lines.
In addition she is extremely proud of solidifying their non-profit organization TM On Base which provides the less fortunate players of inner city communities the opportunity to play at a much higher level than would have been available to them. BTI also proudly sponsors coaches in different villages in Africa and helps them create a means of income for themselves while they impact the youth in their communities.
She has been an intricate part in developing the Academy sponsored radio show ALL BASES COVERED. A sports/entertainment radio show which airs every Tuesday at 8pm on FB LIVE!
She is also working on launching KO & Co. The first ever baseball apparel line for dogs which she. developed in honor of her beloved Boston Terrier KO and developing a 6 WEEKS TO LAUNCH Program for sports women desiring to start their own businesses.
She's a trendsetter as a Latina in a male dominated business but determined to help as many kids in the communities they serve. She and her husband have helped more than 100 players go to college with scholarships through their programs and are eager to help hundreds more!!!
